What Happened at TransRussia

The TransRussia exhibition

From 19 to 21 March we welcomed our customers — both new and long-standing — at stand C1133 in Pavilion 3 of Crocus Expo, Moscow. TransRussia, the largest transport and logistics event in Russia and the CIS, brought together 583 companies and around 43,020 visitors from all over the world.

The theme and purpose of the fair

The exhibition focused on transport and warehouse logistics solutions and ran alongside SkladTech, a specialised show for warehouse equipment. TransRussia — which aims to serve the logistics and storage needs of Russia and the CIS — has already sold almost all of its floor space for next year.

Its twelve sections, together with SkladTech, cover the entire supply chain: warehouse logistics, multimodal transport, IT solutions, insurance and freight forwarding. Visitors find answers to every business problem on a single site, and exhibitors present their services to the widest possible audience.

Our participation

This was the first TransRussia for ASR Trade Group. Our companies ASR Transit and Clef Trade shared stand 3.15 – C1133, where we hosted customers for three intensive days, discussed new business and introduced our guests to our corporate culture. The demand for Turkish coffee confirmed once again how close our cultures are.

Türkiye acts as a bridge and is the largest transit corridor for cargo from all over the world. ASR Transit uses that advantage to offer customers package solutions, completing the transit process as quickly as possible and keeping customer satisfaction at the highest level. With our experienced team, led by Serhat Çerkez, we answered more demand than we had expected from the very first day, and since the fair we have continued to welcome our new customers at our Istanbul office.

Clef Trade, our other company, supports customers in import and export, completing purchase and sale operations wherever in the world the demand arises. Its successful team, which builds supply chains across almost every continent, is led by Eren Tepe.

With the customers we gained as ASR Trade International, we will reach our targets faster.

International participants and business contacts

Participation was not limited to Russia: the fair hosted more than 580 companies from over 20 countries, with Turkish companies making a strong showing. Rail, road, sea and air operators, port operators, terminals and warehouses, forwarders, IT solution developers, customs brokers, insurers and providers of complex logistics solutions all exhibited their full range of services.

We thank the fair team and everyone who supported us — and we plan to return in 2025 with even greater ambition.
